Scenthound is hiring a Scent Tech to join our back-of-Scenter team! As a Scent Tech, you'll deliver the hands-on hygiene services — bathing, ear cleaning, nail care, and teeth brushing — that keep dogs clean, comfortable, and healthy. This is a physically active, fast-paced role, perfect for someone who's resilient, detail-oriented, and genuinely loves working with dogs. No grooming license required — we'll train you through our own certification program. What You'll Do Prep dogs for services and perform our full Basic Hygiene process: bathing, blow drying, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and nail clip/grind Safely handle and restrain dogs of all sizes and temperaments using Scenthound's safety protocols Complete

Checks (Skin, Coat, Ears, Nails, Teeth) using our app to identify and record health indicators for every dog Maintain a clean, safe, sanitized, and professional bathing room and back-of-house area Manage laundry, tool/equipment care, and inventory restocking Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for every dog What We're Looking For Resilient, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow A team-oriented communicator who collaborates well and supports others A passion for dog wellness and safety Skilled in time management, attention to detail, and staying calm under pressure Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and willingness to work in a smoke-free environment Career Path & Growth Scenthound promotes from within.
