All Temps Personnel Services is currently seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician for a property in Alice, Texas. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in preparing residential units for new tenants. The ideal candidate will have previous make ready or apartment maintenance experience, possess their own basic tools, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities
Prepare vacant units for new occupancy
Complete painting, patching, and drywall repairs
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Install and repair fixtures, blinds, and hardware Replace flooring or complete minor flooring repairs as needed
Clean and inspect units to ensure they are move-in ready
Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Follow all workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
Previous make ready, apartment maintenance, or general maintenance experience required (at least 6 months of previous experience)
Must provide your own basic hand tools
Reliable transportation is required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Must be 18 years or older
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$15.00 per hour Monday through Friday (schedule may vary based on project needs) Weekly pay through All Temps Personnel Services
