Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of carpets, tiles, and hard floors using professional equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions Conduct carpet extraction, spot removal, and deep cleaning to eliminate stains, dirt, and allergens effectively Apply buffing techniques to restore the shine of hard flooring surfaces Maintain high standards of janitorial and custodial services by ensuring cleanliness of all designated areas Operate commercial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded Document cleaning procedures, maintenance logs, and service reports accurately for each job Skills Proven experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, and tile maintenance with a focus on environmental sustainability Strong knowledge of janitorial and custodial practices within commercial settings Ability to operate professional cleaning equipment such as extractors, buffers, and floor scrubbers Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Familiarity with safety regulations related to chemical handling and equipment operation Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless spaces through expert cleaning techniques!
