Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paver/Stone/Tile Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of paving, stonework, and tile surfaces across residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will help create durable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor and indoor spaces that meet high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your craftsmanship and technical skills while contributing to beautiful, lasting results. Responsibilities Install pavers, stonework, and tiles with precision according to project specifications and blueprints Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation Prepare surfaces by grading, leveling, and compacting to create a solid foundation for paving and masonry work Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and set materials Build masonry structures such as walls, walkways, patios, and decorative features following safety protocols Collaborate with team members on site layout, material handling, scaffolding setup, and restoration projects Requirements Proven experience in masonry work including stone masonry, bricklaying, tile laying, and concrete finishing Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting construction plans or blueprints Familiarity with building material installation techniques such as caulking, stucco application, trim carpentry, roofing prep, and metal stud framing Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols Experience with construction site procedures including scaffolding building, renovation projects, framing carpentry, welding or restoration work is a plus Excellent understanding of schematics and technical drawings related to hardscape installations Construction experience in diverse environments including outdoor landscaping or interior renovation projects Valid knowledge of safety regulations relevant to masonry and construction sites Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship! Pay:
$21.50 - $35.50 per hour
