Finishers:

$20.00 - $30.00/

Hour Setters:

$25.00 - $35.00/Hour Pay depends on experience. Reliable transportation is a must. Please send a resume.

What You'll Do:

Install floor, wall, backsplash, shower, and specialty tile with precision and craftsmanship. Measure, cut, and fit tile around corners, fixtures, outlets, and other challenging spaces. Prepare surfaces by removing existing tile and flooring materials and ensuring proper substrate installation. Mix and apply mortars, thinset, adhesives, and grout according to manufacturer specifications. Lay out tile patterns and designs to ensure accuracy, symmetry, and a professional finished appearance. Use levels, straightedges, and measuring tools to maintain proper alignment and spacing. Install trim pieces, transitions, edging, and waterproofing systems as needed. Perform grout finishing, sealing, and final cleanup to deliver a high-quality finished product. Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to complete projects on schedule.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Tile Setter, Tile Installer, or Tile Finisher. Strong knowledge of tile materials, installation methods, layouts, patterns, and industry best practices. Ability to read blueprints, project specifications, and layout drawings. Skilled in measuring, cutting, and fitting ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile products. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Knowledge of waterproofing, surface preparation, and substrate requirements. Physical stamina and strength to lift materials, kneel, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
