About the Role As a Hardscape Installation Technician , you'll be part of a skilled, collaborative crew installing high-quality outdoor spaces. This role is hands-on, physical, and rewarding, perfect for someone who enjoys daily outdoor work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values teamwork. You'll help install: Flagstone and paver patios Walkways and driveways Retaining walls (block and natural stone) Fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and water features A Snapshot of the Work Perform physical outdoor labor on landscape and hardscape projects Install patios, walls, walkways, ponds, and other hardscape features Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and install mulch Operate and maintain tools and equipment Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Work professionally with teammates, supervisors, and clients What We're Looking For Exceptional work ethic and pride in quality work Comfort working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Reliability, organization, and a positive, happy attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to efficient job flow Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, farming, or physical labor Interest in horticulture or outdoor design Experience operating and/or maintaining equipment (skid steer, compactor, trencher, masonry saw, etc.) Experience planting trees, shrubs, and perennials We value exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn over formal credentials.
