What You'll Do Install residential radon mitigation systems Review system designs and make appropriate adjustments in the field Complete extraction points, pipe routing, fan installation, sealing, and other system components Perform diagnostics and final quality checks Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after the installation Complete required documentation and project photos Maintain company tools, equipment, inventory, and vehicle What We're Looking For Previous radon mitigation installation experience Knowledge of residential radon mitigation systems and installation practices Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to work in basements, garages, crawl spaces, and attics Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners Current radon mitigation certification is a plus Schedule This is a year-round, full-time, Monday through Friday position. Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although daily hours may vary depending on the installation.
