Annual Giving & Women's Board Coordinator Joffrey Ballet - 4.3 Chicago, IL Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Fundraising appeals Collaboration with board members Mid-level Meeting scheduling Donor communication management Annual giving Board relations Full Job Description The Annual Giving & Women's Board Coordinator supports the Annual Campaign process and serves as the primary liaison for the Women's Board. The Annual Giving Manager & Women's Board Liaison supports the Associate Director of Individual Giving in all aspects of the Annual Giving Program, including assisting with annual acquisition appeals, managing the donor renewal upgrade letter process, and related digital and web-based communications. The Annual Giving & Women's Board Coordinator serves as the direct contact for Annual Giving inquiries and support for donors giving between $1-2,499. This position is also responsible for all Women's Board meeting logistics and scheduling, helping the Associate Director of Individual Giving manage the path to elevate and deepen overall Joffrey engagement with Women's Board members. This is an exciting time to join the team as the Women's Board is celebrating it's 25th anniversary!
