Job Description

Job Description Provide day-to-day support for HIM operations during an Epic implementation, with a primary focus on Hospital Coding and Deficiency Tracking workflows. Partner closely with IT, operational leaders, and vendors to support system build validation, workflow optimization, end-user coaching, and change management activities. Assist with go-live preparation and onsite support, including occasional travel, while helping ensure a smooth transition and adoption of HIM processes across the organization. HIM consultant, with strong experience in coding
Certifications in: HIM Hospital Coding and HIM Deficiency Tracking, preferred additional certification in HIM Release of Information, Identity and HIM Gallery
Also need data courier move badge
Willingness to support strong change management Ability to coach others and work collaboratively with other IT resources and Operations as well as vendors - Dolbey experience
