Type:

full-time Overview We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to join our consulting team in the Atlanta, Georgia area . This individual will lead change management workstreams for complex business and technology transformation initiatives, helping clients prepare their organizations, leaders, and employees for meaningful and sustainable change. The OCM Manager will work closely with client executives, business leaders, functional teams, technology stakeholders, and globally distributed teams to assess organizational impacts, develop change strategies, drive stakeholder alignment, and increase adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. This is a highly client-facing consulting role requiring strong executive presence, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex transformation initiatives into practical change and adoption programs. Key Responsibilities Lead OCM workstreams for large-scale business, technology, and operating model transformation programs. Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, and adoption. Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and change risk assessments. Translate business and technology changes into clear impacts by stakeholder group, role, process, and organization. Partner with senior client leaders to establish change sponsorship, leadership alignment, and governance structures. Lead and coordinate globally distributed and cross-functional teams, effectively managing collaboration, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across geographies, cultures, and time zones. Develop executive-level communications and facilitate leadership meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and change champion networks. Design communication strategies and materials that clearly articulate the case for change, transformation objectives, employee impacts, and expected business outcomes. Define training and enablement approaches based on role-specific process, system, and behavioral changes. Establish adoption and readiness metrics, identify areas of resistance or adoption risk, and recommend targeted interventions. Work closely with program management, process, technology, HR, communications, and functional teams to integrate OCM activities into the broader transformation roadmap. Support organizational and workforce transitions associated with changes to processes, technology, roles, responsibilities, governance, and ways of working. Help clients build sustainable internal change capabilities rather than focusing solely on implementation milestones. Manage OCM deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and junior consulting resources across the engagement. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor on organizational change and adoption. Contribute to the development and refinement of OCM methodologies, accelerators, templates, and reusable consulting assets. Support proposal development, solutioning, client presentations, scope development, and other presales activities as needed. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support account growth in partnership with consulting and sales leadership. Qualifications Previous consulting experience is required , with demonstrated experience delivering client-facing organizational change management engagements. Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred. Typically 7+ years of professional experience , including significant experience in organizational change management, transformation, or related consulting roles. Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams or major components of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs. Demonstrated experience working with and leading global, distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones. Strong ability to navigate cross-cultural stakeholder environments , align geographically dispersed teams, and adapt change approaches and communications for different audiences. Strong experience developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training approaches, change impact assessments, and readiness/adoption plans. Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation , including enterprise systems, digital platforms, process modernization, or other large-scale technology implementations. Ability to understand the intersection of people, process, technology, and organizational structure and translate transformation objectives into actionable change interventions. Experience working with organizations that have complex operating environments and multiple stakeholder groups , including corporate, functional, and operational teams. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, business leaders, functional stakeholders, and frontline or end-user populations. Strong workshop design and facilitation skills, including the ability to drive alignment across stakeholder groups with competing priorities. Experience identifying and managing resistance, organizational readiness issues, and adoption risks during transformation programs. Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex transformation topics for different audiences. Experience defining and monitoring change adoption, readiness, engagement, or behavioral metrics. Strong project and workstream management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously. Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing consultants and supporting the quality of team deliverables. Experience with presales, proposal development, solutioning, client presentations, or sales activities is a plus . Experience supporting account development, identifying follow-on opportunities, or expanding consulting relationships is a plus. PROSCI, CCMP, or other recognized change management certification is preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements Location:

Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Alpharetta, Georgia .

Work Model:

Hybrid/client-facing. Must be willing and able to work onsite at the client's Alpharetta-area office as needed , based on engagement requirements.

Travel:

Must be open to reasonable business travel when required by client engagements.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field required. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
