Adoption Change Management Lead responsible for planning and executing enterprise change management initiatives, stakeholder impact assessments, training programs, communications, and adoption strategies across complex business and technology projects. Job Requirements Experience leading organizational or adoption change management initiatives Experience developing and executing change management strategies and plans Experience applying structured change management methodologies, frameworks, processes, and templates Experience performing stakeholder impact assessments Experience conducting change readiness, risk, and adoption assessments Experience developing change risk mitigation strategies Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology, business process, or transformation initiatives Knowledge of project management frameworks, including schedule, scope, budget, and technical implementation activities Experience developing change management deliverables, including Sponsor Plans, People Manager Plans, Communications Plans, and Training Plans Experience designing and delivering training programs Experience developing and managing communications for sponsors, stakeholders, and end users Experience integrating change management milestones into project plans Experience obtaining reviews, approvals, and signoffs for change management deliverables Preferred Skills Experience supporting an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) or PMO Experience with software development and infrastructure initiatives Experience with systems integration projects Experience with business systems implementations Experience with enterprise transformation programs Experience with continuous improvement initiatives Experience with contract compliance or security programs Experience supporting merger and acquisition integrations Working knowledge of information technology operations Working knowledge of human resources processes Working knowledge of finance processes Working knowledge of global supply chain operations Working knowledge of compliance-related business processes Experience evaluating training effectiveness and adoption metrics Job Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of adoption change management initiatives using established methodologies Apply change management frameworks, processes, procedures, and templates across assigned initiatives Ensure compliance with established change management standards and governance requirements Identify project stakeholders, functional leads, and subject matter experts Analyze stakeholder groups for change impacts, benefits, risks, and adoption requirements Conduct change readiness, stakeholder, risk, and impact assessments Identify and document people-related risks and adoption barriers Develop mitigation strategies to reduce resistance and improve adoption Coordinate change management activities with project managers, sponsors, and business stakeholders Integrate adoption and change management milestones into project plans Develop Sponsor Plans, People Manager Plans, Communications Plans, and Training Plans Define training requirements for enterprise change initiatives Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs Evaluate training effectiveness and identify required program adjustments Develop and manage communications for sponsors, stakeholders, managers, and end users Prepare presentations and change-related communication materials Track completion and approval of change management deliverables Support change management activities for technology, infrastructure, integrations, business systems, transformation, continuous improvement, compliance, and security initiatives Support change management activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise integration programs
