Job Description Overview Optum Technology is seeking an experienced IT Technology Trainer to support enterprise technology and transformation initiatives, including ServiceNow and Workforce Management implementations. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, supporting organizational change management (OCM) efforts, and driving end-user adoption across multiple strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training materials, job aids, and virtual learning sessions. Partner with OCM, Communications, and Transformation teams to support change readiness and user adoption. Build training plans aligned with project roadmaps and deployment timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify impacted users and training needs. Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content and delivery.
