Change Management Practitioner REMOTE#26-09030 Franklin, WI Remote Contract Starts 9/15/2026 Ends 12/17/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Practitioner for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Franklin, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is REMOTE.

Compensation:

$32.00 - $42.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role is part of a team of change practitioners supporting service transformation and other organizational changes. The ideal candidate will orchestrate an integrated approach for organizational change, including training andmunication, to drive adoption and optimize the realization of business benefits. You will partner with project and business leadership to identify the scope and impact of change and develop effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate an integrated approach for organizational change, including training,munication, and sponsorship, and guide others to execute the approach Partner with project and business leadership to identify the scope and impact of change within the context of the day-to-day experience of the end user Actively and visibly educate, influence, align, and coach sponsors, frontline leaders, and project leaders to drive effective change and manage resistance Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns Partner with business sponsors,munication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation Guide and lead themunication and training leads to fulfill the change strategy and specific project-based plans Create and manage measurement systems for change success, e.g., adoption, utilization, and performance standards Rmend org changeponents (staffing, funding, timing) of the project team structure to achieve desired project oues

Primary Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources,munication, or technology, or a related field A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2+ years of experience leading large organizational change management efforts A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and influence others, including executive leadership Ability to quickly and easily build trusted relationships Ability to work in ambiguity; adapts quickly to change; self-motivated Advanced Change Management Practitioner Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills Excellent active listening, root cause identification and interpersonal skills
