Business Systems Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking Business Systems Analyst for a long term contract at a Power Plant in Tonopah, AZ. This is a Hybrid position (2 days onsite/2 days hybrid). We pay holidays + PTO + sick time + group insurance + work schedule is 4-10's Tuesday-Friday. Must have 3-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Proficiency in managing the Software Lifecycle Process. Procedural Adherence to manage Software Quality Assurance that may or may not include Regulatory Compliance requirements. Knowledge/Experience in strategic business analysis techniques and tools. Ability to accurately estimate level of effort for software change complexity in relation to support system impacts and resource loads for Elicitation, Requirements Gathering and Test Planning & Execution. Experience in writing and decomposing Software Requirements. Proficiency in managing Functional, Non-Functional, Interface, and Transition Requirements as well as Business Rules. Experience in managing Ad hoc, Unit, Functional/User Acceptance, and Regression testing practices. Experience in identifying, documenting, and managing error tracking. Ability to manage Traceability matrices between business analysis and development work. Proficiency in Use of Azure DevOps or other software lifecycle repository for business analysis work management and cross-organizational collaboration. Utilizing Data Analysis techniques and experience in random data sampling. Knowledge/Experience in Process Mapping. Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.
