Job Description Seeking a Digital Business Analyst II to support data management, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a lab and operations environment. The role will focus heavily on data migration, data governance, Power BI reporting, Power Apps development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and autonomy are more important than deep technical expertise.

• Lead and support enterprise data management initiatives
• Coordinate data migration efforts across SharePoint, file shares, and local lab systems
• Ensure data is properly labeled and compliant with governance policies
• Prepare data for future AI and analytics initiatives
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Build and improve business applications using Power Apps
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
