We are looking for a

D365 F&O BSA

to support a manufacturing environment in City of Industry, California. This Long-term Contract position calls for someone who can connect business needs with practical Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, especially across production and cost-related processes. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, communicates effectively across established teams, and can evaluate existing workflows to shape efficient system-driven improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations initiatives within a manufacturing setting, with particular attention to production operations and costing processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business needs, turning operational requirements into structured functional recommendations.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from discovery through delivery, helping drive timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination.
• Review current business workflows, including processes supported by legacy applications, and map them into effective

process designs.

• Create and maintain business requirement documentation, process flows, and related materials that support implementation and decision-making.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to support solution design, testing activities, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate change management efforts by helping users understand process updates, system capabilities, and adoption expectations.
• Build productive relationships with long-standing teams by using strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a changing environment.
