Job Description
Payments Business Analyst We are seeking a Payments Business Analyst with deep domain expertise across payments processing, clearing & settlement, and digital payments ecosystems. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, solution design, and delivery across payment platforms. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. Business & Functional Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis between existing and proposed payment systems
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specs 2. Payments Domain Expertise
- Work across key payments areas: o Wire Payments (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHAPS) o
ACH / SEPA
o Real-Time Payments (RTP) / Faster Payments o Cards & Merchant Payments- Understand end-to-end payment lifecycle: o Initiation → Validation → Clearing → Settlement → Reconciliation Domain Skills
- Strong experience in Payments (mandatory)
