Job Description
Description We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to support the design, creation, and enhancement of new applications that drive business value. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a strong interest in innovation and AI-enabled tools. Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with business stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
+ Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for application development
+ Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle
+ Support the creation and rollout of new applications and system enhancements
+ Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and user experience through process improvements and technology solutions
+ Leverage AI tools to analyze data, streamline processes, and help deliver innovative business solutions
+ Assist with application testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
+ Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates and stakeholder communication
+ Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field + 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment
+ Experience working directly with software development teams on application delivery
+ Understanding of business requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
+ Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying emerging technologies to business solutions.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
