• Job Description:
• We are seeking a Business Strategy Associate to support the Business Strategy/Business Support Office within GPS Global Corporate Sales organization.

This individual will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance and risk remediation

+ Partner with Business Strategy Executive to deliver on the global sales strategy, including growth initiatives, client coverage, and operational efficiency

+ Track progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators, preparing materials for senior leadership and governance forums

+ Support global and regional projects, ensuring alignment across business units

+ Develop, maintain, and enhance management reporting, dashboards and scorecards for sales leadership

+ Provide analysis and insights on pipeline, client trend overall business performance to help in decision making

+ Coordinate preparation of executive updates, town halls, quarterly business reviews, senior leadership calls

+ Assist in the execution of risk and compliance related initiatives (i.e. SIAI, Audit Reviews, Sales forms validation)

+ Monitor adherence to policies and escalate issues where appropriate

+ Streamline processes to improve efficiencies

+ Partners with Treasury Sales Executives and key partners to align on business priorities

• Required Qualifications:
• + 3+ years of experience in a sales support role + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill + Strong analytical and problem solving skills + Ability to synthesize data into insights + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project and deadlines
