Estimated travel is expected to be up to 15%, although actual travel will be based upon Government tasking Position Summary CFDay is seeking experienced Program Analysts to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Training and Education Division (NTED). Program Analysts provide analytical, administrative, and technical support for FEMA's national emergency management training programs by assisting with program coordination, course review activities, instructor evaluations, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a geographically dispersed team. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with Government personnel, Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Systems Designers, and project leadership to ensure timely completion of program objectives and contract deliverables. Responsibilities The Program Analyst will be responsible for: Supporting day-to-day execution of
FEMA NTED
program activities. Coordinating meetings, action items, schedules, and project deliverables. Preparing technical reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive summaries. Assisting with course review and instructor evaluation activities. Tracking project milestones, deliverables, and Government action items. Conducting research and analysis to support program decisions. Coordinating communications between Government personnel, SMEs, subcontractors, and project staff. Assisting with quality assurance reviews of reports and deliverables. Maintaining project documentation and supporting records management requirements. Supporting grant review activities when assigned. Assisting with data collection, performance metrics, and status reporting. Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Performing additional program support duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in program analysis, management analysis, business analysis, project coordination, emergency management, public administration, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments. Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: FEMA Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Emergency Management Homeland Security Public Safety Emergency Preparedness Disaster Response Grant Program Administration Program Performance Measurement Technical Writing Data Analysis Project Coordination Training Program Administration SharePoint Microsoft Power BI Federal Government contracting Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams Equal Employment Opportunity Statement CFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
