Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant#26-07692 Charlotte, NC Des Moines, IA Hybrid Contract Starts 8/03/2026 Ends 2/05/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role leadsplex, enterprise-wide initiatives by partnering closely with business and technology teams to deliver strategic, scalable technology solutions that address highlyplex business needs.

Responsibilities:

Leadplex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions topanywide technology initiatives Evaluate highlyplex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements Make decisions in highlyplex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influencepanywide technology solutions Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provideprehensive technological solutions forplex business problems Ensuremunication and information flow between business and technology teams

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education 3+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of hands-on experience with ITSM, monitoring, and operational tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Jira, Everbridge, Power BI/Tableau 1+ years of experience using AI tools such as Copilot or similar to improve operational efficiency, including summarizingplex information, generating businessmunication, extracting key actions and decisions, and ensuring responsible usage with validation, accuracy, and data sensitivity controls Desired skills: Strong ability to translate customer impact into measurable business oues (clients affected, revenue impact, regulatory exposure) Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments Experience operating within a centralized technologymand center or major incident management function Familiarity with enterprise incidentmunication frameworks, templates, and governance models Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones Proven experience leading large-scale, high-pressure incident bridges involving multiple teams and stakeholders Demonstrated ability tomunicateplex technical situations in clear, concise business terms, including executive-level reporting Experience driving root cause analysis and ensuring execution of corrective and preventative actions Strong organizational navigation skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple functions without direct authority Supporting information security and information technology controls as well as monitoring policypliance Goodmunication skills Pay range: $25.63 - $33.63 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
