Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Segment Analyst to support the growth and profitability of assigned product lines through market analysis, business development, and strategic planning. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, support product marketing initiatives, mentor the sales team, and execute business plans that maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for assigned product lines. Analyze market trends, sales performance, pricing, and competitive activity. Develop product pricing strategies and support revenue growth initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts and assist with inventory and production planning. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to execute business plans. Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Support product positioning, promotions, and strategic marketing initiatives. Mentor and train sales teams to improve product knowledge and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or Technical Diploma in a related field required. 2-6 years of experience in product management, market analysis, business development, or a related field. Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools preferred.

Pay:

$83,000.00 - $107,000.00 per year
