Works proactively and independently, owning outcomes without heavy direction Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders and delivery teams Works effectively across time zones with clear communication and minimal delays Facilitates workshops and drives productive stakeholder discussions Translates clearly between business needs and technical solutions Produces high-quality requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Works closely with architects and developers to shape viable solutions Works with QAs to ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met Able to reprioritize across multiple initiatives Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused Strong communicator with a collaborative, empathetic approach Provides balanced challenge and influences decisions with evidence
