Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled technology professional to lead complex application projects from proposal through post-implementation. In this role, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, coordinate project delivery, and ensure successful implementation.

What You'll Do:

Lead complex projects, facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and ensure functional specifications, test plans, and project documentation are completed on schedule. Partner with business stakeholders to understand application requirements, provide functional guidance, and ensure technology solutions support business and customer needs. Develop functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and data-mapping documentation while coordinating or executing testing activities. Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to estimate project timelines, assess application impacts, resolve issues, and support successful implementation. Coordinate post-implementation activities, including gathering feedback, resolving issues, completing project debriefs, and ensuring compliance with technology, risk, audit, and regulatory standards. Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing the application/system being supported. Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature. Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Advanced knowledge and focus on the entire system to work on projects outside of normal BAU. Ability to effectively use project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications. Excellent understanding of the Bank's application framework. Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms. Ability to understand the business(es) being supported and its terminology. Ability to effectively present to all levels of management. Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects. Ability to coordinate between applications and business units. Good understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or similar conversion experience.
