Lead Business Services Consultant - Hybrid#26-08327 Minneapolis, MN Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 8/24/2026 Ends 2/23/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Business Services Consultant - Hybrid (3 days/week) for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role supports workforce strategy, planning, governance, and operational execution across a global technology organization. The successful candidate will partner with technology executives, finance, HR, and recruiting teams to optimize workforce investments, support resource planning, and provide executive-level insights to drive strategic decision making. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, andfortable working within established workflows to ensure requests move efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Partner with technology leaders to develop workforce plans aligned to strategic priorities and budgetmitments Lead end-to-end workforce request processes, including position approvals and requisition tracking Develop executive reporting and workforce dashboards using recruiting and financial data Analyze hiring progress, workforce trends, attrition, and headcount forecasts Support workforce transformation initiatives focused on automation and AI enablement Perform reconciliation activities across multiple systems to ensure records and statuses are aligned Build strong partnerships across Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and Recruiting teams Facilitate discussions among leaders to drive alignment and resolve workforce-related issues

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Services, Workforce Planning, Strategy, Operations, Program Management, Human Capital Management, or a related field Experience working with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across systems and workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Desired skills: Experience using request management, workflow, intake, or approval-based systems Experience supporting workforce planning, contingent labor programs, or similar operational functions Familiarity with systems such as Beeline, Workday, or other workflow management tools Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
