Be part of a team that's transforming healthcare through meaningful impact. Here, collaboration, passion, and adaptability drive everything we do! Summary The Business Systems Analyst owns Real Radiology's core business platforms — Salesforce, QGenda, and Campfire — including configuration, administration, documentation, and user adoption. Develop deep working knowledge of each platform's architecture, data flows, and integration points across the organization. Evaluate new platform features, modules, and vendor releases, and recommend adoption based on business need. System Administration Serve as system administrator for assigned platforms: manage configuration, workflows, and business rules. Submit and track user access requests — account creation, role assignment, and permission changes — for approval and provisioning by Information Technology, and verify that assigned access aligns with job function. Monitor system performance and data integrity; troubleshoot issues and escalate through Information Technology to the platform vendor as needed. Test configuration changes before production deployment, communicate changes to affected users in advance, and maintain a record of what changed and when.
