This role is responsible for delivering accurate and actionable business insights, maintaining data integrity, supporting Salesforce and reporting initiatives, administering company technology systems, and overseeing commission reporting processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with practical experience supporting business systems, technology, and cross-functional operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manage and maintain company-wide data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, consistency, and accessibility. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. Create and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, analyze, and validate business data. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and HQ, including sales performance, operational KPIs, market trends, and business metrics. Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making. Identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and implement process improvements. Support business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives through data analysis and reporting. Establish and maintain data governance standards and reporting procedures. Business Systems & IT Administration Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, including user account management, licensing, access controls, and security settings. Administer and support Salesforce and other business applications. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, hardware deployment, software installation, and system access. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and business application issues. Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing records, and related documentation. Sales Operations & Commission Administration Support Salesforce data management, reporting, and workflow optimization. Validate sales data and prepare commission calculation reports in accordance with approved compensation plans. Investigate and resolve reporting and commission-related discrepancies. Provide accurate commission reports and supporting documentation for payroll processing. Support sales performance analysis and compensation-related reporting requests. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Operations, and HQ teams to identify reporting, system, and business process needs. Recommend and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements. Participate in system implementation, integration, and operational improvement projects. Provide analytical and technical support for special projects and business initiatives. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience & Skills Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business systems administration, IT administration, or a related role. Strong SQL and database query skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and reporting models. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licensing, and access management. Experience supporting Salesforce CRM or similar business applications. Experience supporting employee onboarding, account provisioning, hardware deployment, and technical support. Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Korean language proficiency, both verbal and written, required to support communication and collaboration with HQ and global teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Experience with business process automation and system integrations. Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementations. Experience with commission calculations, sales compensation reporting, or payroll-related data validation. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT asset management.
