ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Works alongside the line of business, serving as the bridge between technology and the business. Interacts with individuals across all business lines to discover and document business requirements and evaluate the need for technology and process improvement. Represents the team in cross-departmental or bank-wide projects, clarifying needs, coordinating solutions, and communicating progress to the sponsor/team. Actively works with other IT teams in resolving more involved tickets and critical issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO LIST 1.

) Work with the business lines on business cases, feasibility studies and solution selection. 2.) Research product release documentation, coordinate end-user review and any testing needed prior to implementation, engaging IT and other areas as needed. Communicate changes to the team, assigned business lines and supporting IT areas. 3.) Serve as product manager in partnering with customers to interpret their business needs. Ensure needs are fully translated into application and operational requirements. 4.) Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. 5.) Lead information gathering meetings; implement and apply business analysis methods and techniques to elicit customer needs and business requirements. 6.) Interpret, define and document, business and functional requirements; prepare document analysis and business process descriptions using cases, task and workflow analysis. 7.) Organize, specify and model requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous. 8.) Configure and build Salesforce declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) and support programmatic customizations using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed.\n9.) Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). 10.) Encourage the development of a centralized services approach and functionality around the bank applications and processing systems. Work to enhance efficiency in tasks and workflow environment. 11.) Align with project management methodology throughout the lifecycle and post project reviews. 12.) Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing exercises as assigned. 13.) Complete Service Requests and other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge on core bank, lending, branch and/or document storage applications and functionality.\nAbility to apply business analysis methods/techniques.\nStrong analytical reasoning to understand user requirements, with the demonstrated ability to transform them into application and operation functions.\nDemonstrated working knowledge of the UAT life cycle, and compliance with change control.\nDemonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing the enterprise-wide applications supported by the team. Help to develop the skills of the team.\nWorking familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including declarative tools (Flows, validation rules) and programmatic development (Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC).\nAbility to manage own projects through to timely completion, communicating status on same within team or business lines.\nHigh level awareness of a variety of IT solution methods and application functions.\nKnowledge and understanding of the business analysis role across all stages of the project lifecycle.\nAbility to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nExperience in assessing and identifying solution assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks.\nExcellent communication/interpersonal skills.\nCustomer service-oriented focus, with the ability to apply independent problem-solving judgment.\n

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related fields, or equivalent work experience required.\n4 - 6 years of experience on supporting core bank, lending, branch or document storage systems, and managing process improvement initiatives.\n4 years of professional technical experience with strategy, planning and/or business analysis preferred.\nFiserv Premier, nCino/Salesforce, Copilot Studio, or similar banking system experience preferred.
