Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$3,500 per month + commission + performance bonus

Schedule :

Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)

English and Chinese Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls or other channels to identify and connect with those who may have funding needs
• Collect and organize information of interested clients, and submit it to the designated team or record it in the system
• Follow up promptly with target leads provided by the company to confirm their interest
• Achieve daily customer acquisition targets and actively explore new approaches for client outreach
• Assist with other tasks as the business develops and participate in relevant training. Requirements
• Bilingual in English and one of Mandarin/Korean/Vietnamese/Thai, with a bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. university and legal employment status
• Sales or service-oriented experience, preferably in the lending or payments field
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a development plan to achieve performance targets
• Passionate about serving SMEs and adapting to a fast-paced work environment
