We're looking for ambitious, driven Business Funding Advisors to join our network of independent advisors in Manhattan. In this role, you'll work directly with business owners to understand their financial needs, identify funding opportunities, and help connect them with financing solutions that align with their business objectives. You'll develop expertise across a range of commercial financing solutions, including SBA financing, revenue-based financing, and other business funding options , while developing valuable skills in sales, relationship management, and business development. What You'll Do Build relationships with business owners and prospective clients Conduct outreach and identify new business opportunities Understand client goals, financing needs, and business challenges Identify and present appropriate business funding solutions Guide prospective clients through the initial funding process Develop and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities Build sales and client relationship skills Work alongside experienced sales professionals and leadership Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals Career Growth At Block Equity Group, we believe strong performance creates greater opportunity. Training & Compensation We provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development . During the initial 60-90 day training and development period, compensation includes a draw structure while advisors receive training and build product knowledge, sales skills, and their client pipeline. Following the training period, compensation becomes performance-based, with earning potential tied to individual results and business development success.
