Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst, JD Edwards Danboro, PA Compensation:

$110,000 to $140,000 per year This is a privately held, global manufacturing and engineering organization seeking a Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize its JD Edwards ERP environment. The role partners closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to improve processes, drive efficiency, and deliver business focused solutions. This is a full time, on site position based in Danboro, PA, with relocation assistance available for candidates willing to relocate. Schedule Full time, on site in Danboro, PA. Occasional travel of approximately 10% is required. Compensation $110,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do This role partners with Finance, Accounting, and other business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate business challenges into effective JD Edwards solutions. The analyst serves as the JDE Finance subject matter expert, maintaining a strong working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and related financial reporting processes. Day to day work includes analyzing current processes to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve system utilization, automate activities, and deliver measurable business value. The analyst also collaborates with technical and development teams to design, evaluate, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives and JDE capabilities, and leads JDE related projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, milestones, testing, and adoption. Additional responsibilities include training and supporting users on JD Edwards functionality, maintaining data quality, process consistency, system governance, security, and financial controls, and staying current on JD Edwards enhancements and industry best practices. Required Qualifications 7+ years of ERP Business Systems Analyst experience, with a strong track record supporting JD Edwards financial applications Deep JD Edwards functional expertise within Accounting and Finance, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting Project leadership experience, including managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering initiatives from concept through implementation Strong communication and relationship building skills across Finance, Accounting, leadership, and technical teams Ability to travel approximately 10% as business needs require Legally authorized to work in the United States, now and in the future Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered) Experience across additional JD Edwards modules beyond financials Familiarity with JDE configuration, integrations, and development tools Located within a reasonable commute of Danboro, PA, or willing to relocate to the area Compensation and Benefits $110,000 to $140,000 per year 401(k) with strong employer matching Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Tuition assistance and professional development opportunities Relocation assistance available To apply , submit your resume for consideration.
