Job Description Insight Global is seeking a senior level Business Systems Analyst with a background in data intelligece to support the team's leadership through advanced business analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. This is an individual contributor position rather than a people leadership role. The team is looking for a highly autonomous analyst who can operate effectively in an agile environment, identify gaps in requirements, and proactively develop solutions without requiring fully defined technical specifications. Dashboard development responsibilities are shared across the team, so candidates do not need to be a dedicated BI developer but should be comfortable building and maintaining reporting solutions. This role is best suited for a senior business analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and analytics teams while driving reporting strategy within a rapidly evolving Medicare Stars environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform complex business analytics utilizing large healthcare datasets.
•  Design, develop, and support reporting and analytics solutions.
•  Gather business requirements directly from stakeholders.
•  Translate vague or high-level business requests into actionable analytics solutions.
•  Develop recommendations and insights for Medicare Stars leadership and clinical strategy teams.
•  Maintain and enhance existing reporting and analytics outputs.
•  Evaluate, redesign, and modernize existing dashboards and reporting tools.
•  Support ongoing dashboard lifecycle management, including enhancements and sunset initiatives.
•  Help define triage processes and governance around reporting requests and analytics priorities. Current Initiatives
•  Significant changes are occurring within the Medicare Stars landscape, including regulatory and reporting impacts stemming from the recent Clover Health litigation.
•  Existing dashboard functionality and reporting requirements are evolving.
•  Team is reviewing and redesigning multiple dashboards to align with changing business needs.
•  Opportunity to influence reporting strategy and future-state analytics capabilities.

•  Data strategy, data intelligence, or big data experience
•  Business & Analytics Experience
•  5+ years of business analytics experience with responsibility for dashboards, reporting, and analytics development.
•  7+ years of overall professional experience.
•  Experience conducting complex analyses and translating findings into business recommendations/requirements
•  Strong analytics and data intelligence background.
•  Experience designing and supporting dashboard solutions.
