What You'll Do As a Consultant Success Specialist, you will serve as a dedicated partner to a group of independent consultants by providing exceptional support and proactive coaching.
Responsibilities include:
Build strong relationships with assigned consultants. Respond to consultant questions through email, chat, phone, and messaging platforms. Coach consultants on company programs, promotions, policies, and best practices. Help consultants navigate challenges and identify solutions. Celebrate milestones, recognize achievements, and encourage continued growth. Monitor consultant engagement and proactively reach out when additional support is needed. Track consultant activity and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with Leadership, Customer Care, Marketing, Operations, and other departments. Assist with onboarding new consultants. Support company events, trainings, recognition programs, and product launches. Become an expert on Ryze products, systems, compensation plan, and consultant resources. Deliver an exceptional experience that reflects Ryze's culture and values. We're Looking For Someone Who Naturally enjoys helping and encouraging others. Takes initiative instead of waiting to be directed. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Is comfortable learning new technology and software. Works well independently while collaborating with a team. Pays close attention to detail. Thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Coaching, Sales Support, or Customer Service. Experience in direct sales or social selling is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Experience using CRM or ticket management software is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. What Success Looks Like A successful
