Our Asset Management Team is dedicated to transforming how our clients manage assets. By joining our team of leaders, you will develop real solutions for our clients' portfolio of assets today into tomorrow. As a part of the Asset Management Team, you will be driving growth and establishing strategies that positively impact our clients' ability to deliver their services. When you join our team, bring your expertise in asset management, organizational management, business process optimization, data structure and technical systems, with the ability to consult, develop, and execute strategies tailored to client needs to support organizational transformations. As an Asset Management Professional - Expert based out of Tennessee, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement asset management program activities with clients aligned with ISO 55000 and/or the IAM. You will help guide our clients to understand their current asset management maturity, develop actionable plans for improvement, including strategic, tactical and operational actions. You will support proposal development and work with Jacobs team members as a Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, or Technical Lead to share your knowledge and expertise that can improve our deliverables associated with projects. In this role you'll be asked to stay up to date on current management consulting and advisory services techniques and best practices. We expect you to contribute to thought leadership and innovation to influence change and advancement. LI-AC2 Prior education and certificate of completion in a related field and or equivalent years of experience in a related field. Substantial experience in asset management, and flexibility to work across markets. Understanding of the IAM framework, and the
ISO 55000
standards and implementation and audit requirements. Ability to contribute toward the development and maturation of asset management programs. Ability to work at strategic, tactical and operational levels within an organization. Familiarity with data management techniques. Comfort in handling and interpreting large amounts of data to gain insights for client decision-making or achieving efficiencies. Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management technology systems, used to manage data and as a tool to achieve strategic, tactical and operational goals. Business process optimization experience and organizational change management. Client relationship skills in performing risk analysis, audits and development of corrective action plans. Ability to travel as necessary to meet project and client requirements. Ideally, you'll also have: Bachelors, Masters or advanced degree, in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
