As Da Vien Coffee continues to grow, we are looking for a fun, energetic, and hardworking team member to join our corporate team and help build a scalable and efficient supply chain to support our expanding coffee chain. The Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist owns the end-to-end procurement, inventory, supply planning, vendor management, product sourcing, forecasting, and cost-control processes across all Da Vien Coffee locations. This role helps ensure products and supplies are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right cost. The Senior Specialist works closely with Store Operations, Warehouse, R&D, Finance, and vendors to improve purchasing processes, maintain inventory accuracy, manage supplier relationships, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support new store openings and business growth.

- HQ primary location with occasional travel to Da Vien Stores as needed to complete job duties Duties & Responsibilities Procurement & Supply Chain Management Manage procurement and supply chain activities across Da Vien Coffee locations, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency.
Monitor purchasing needs, supply risks, lead times, and inventory requirements and coordinate solutions with internal teams. Inventory Management & Forecasting Manage inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, PAR levels, and ordering across locations. Analyze sales, usage, and inventory data to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize stockouts and waste. Vendor Management & Negotiation Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and other purchasing conditions. Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for improved service and alternative sourcing. Product Sourcing & Strategic Procurement Research and evaluate suppliers and source ingredients, products, packaging, equipment, and supplies based on quality, cost, availability, and operational needs. Partner with R&D and Operations to support new products, product transitions, and sourcing initiatives. Cost Control & Pricing Analysis Monitor vendor pricing, purchasing costs, and product costs to identify savings opportunities and improve COGS. Partner with Finance and R&D on costing, pricing analysis, and procurement recommendations. Purchase Orders & Process Management Manage purchase orders, vendor documentation, and purchasing records while ensuring compliance with company processes. Maintain and improve procurement SOPs, systems, and processes to increase efficiency. New Store Openings Support procurement and inventory planning for new locations, including vendor setup, opening inventory, and purchasing schedules. Coordinate with Operations, Construction, R&D, Warehouse, and vendors to ensure new stores are properly supplied for opening. Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration Collaborate with Operations, Store Managers, Area Managers, Warehouse, R&D, Finance, and leadership on procurement and supply chain priorities. Communicate supply chain risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership and provide guidance on procurement and inventory processes. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain operations.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound recommendations based on cost, quality, availability, and operational needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and other business systems.
Key Performance Indicators Success in this role will be measured through improvements in areas including: Inventory accuracy and availability Forecast accuracy and stockout reduction Inventory turnover and waste reduction Vendor performance and cost savings Purchasing compliance and process efficiency COGS and purchase-price improvement New store procurement and opening readiness
Qualifications:
Required
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, vendor management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Procurement, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience with vendor management, purchasing, inventory planning, and/or supply chain operations.
- Experience analyzing purchasing, inventory, pricing, or operational data.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. Preferred
- Experience in food & beverage, restaurant, coffee, hospitality, or retail.
- Experience supporting procurement or inventory operations across multiple locations.
- Experience negotiating with vendors, distributors, or suppliers.
- Experience with forecasting, strategic sourcing, cost analysis, or procurement process improvement.
- Experience supporting new store openings or business expansion.
- Relevant certification in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field. Travel Requirements Occasional travel from headquarters to store locations Ability to use a personal vehicle for business travel. Approved business travel mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Compensation
- $80,000 - $95,000 annually
