And we have no plans of slowing down. Position Overview SpeedX is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support service and technology purchasing across its U.S. operations. The role manages sourcing, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, and cost optimization. Key categories include temporary labor and workforce outsourcing, warehouse/facility services, and enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing for temporary labor, staffing/workforce outsourcing, waste removal, recycling, cleaning, and other operational services.
Source and manage technology products and services, including customer service platforms, HR and finance systems, ERP/WMS/TMS, enterprise software, and SaaS solutions.
Develop and maintain qualified local, regional, and national supplier networks and evaluate vendors based on pricing, coverage, service capability, capacity, compliance, insurance, and performance.
Establish SLAs, KPIs, service standards, and supplier performance review processes; resolve service issues, billing disputes, compliance risks, and performance concerns with internal stakeholders.
Analyze software subscriptions, licensing models, implementation and migration costs, integrations, support, maintenance, renewal terms, and key commercial provisions.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requirements gathering through contract execution, implementation support, renewal management, and ongoing supplier performance.
Develop category strategies, annual savings plans, supplier consolidation initiatives, and procurement process improvements.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and other teams while managing multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Travel to SpeedX warehouse locations and supplier sites throughout the United States as business needs require. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Relevant experience in express delivery, logistics, warehousing, transportation, e-commerce fulfillment, or a closely related industry.
Professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, or contract management.
Ability to independently manage sourcing projects from requirements definition through contract execution and supplier implementation.
Hands-on experience with supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, cost analysis, commercial negotiation, and supplier performance management.
Strong analytical, project management, communication, problem-solving, and commercial judgment skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP, procurement, or contract management systems.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the United States. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in both services procurement and information technology procurement.
Experience sourcing temporary labor, workforce outsourcing, waste removal, cleaning, facility management, or other warehouse-related services.
Experience managing suppliers across multiple warehouse locations or a nationwide operating network.
Experience purchasing or implementing enterprise systems such as customer service, HR, finance, ERP, WMS, or TMS solutions.
Knowledge of SaaS pricing, software licensing, technology implementation, system integration, and support models.
Demonstrated measurable cost savings, supplier consolidation, or procurement process improvements.
CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, PMP, or another relevant procurement, supply chain, or project management certification.
Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is a plus. Core Competencies
