Job Summary:

As a Procurement Assistant at IEF , you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in the acquisition of materials, services, and equipment required for curtainwall façade projects. This role focuses on processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Accountabilities:

Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and procurement documentation. Maintain accurate supplier and material records in the procurement system. Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, deliveries, and lead times. Track inventory data and report discrepancies to procurement leadership Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and responding to basic vendor and internal inquiries. Verify documentation for accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred 0-2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction or facade industries. Ability to learn procurement systems and procedures Relevant internships or coursework may be considered Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (Excel, Word, email)

Salary Range:

$50,100 - $62,625

ADA Requirements:

The position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer, along with sufficient manual dexterity to operate computers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment. The role may occasionally involve lifting or moving equipment weighing up to 25 pounds, as well as bending, crawling, or climbing-such as accessing under desks or server racks. Candidates must possess the ability to concentrate, troubleshoot, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
