The successful candidate will work alongside Designers to create purchase orders, expedite all orders and coordinate deliverables and installation logistics for furnishings and merchandising projects in Florida and throughout the Southeast.

A MINIMUM

of 2 yrs experience in Office Administration. Purchasing or Data Entry Knowledge of POs, warehousing, claims processing, installations, accounting a plus Excellent Communication skills, Computer skills, Organizational skills and Quick Thinking! Able to learn new software quickly (knowledge of Studio Online a plus) Ability to work with deadlines Ability to take direction and work well with others in fast paced environment Some travel for several days including overnight for project installations with Design team Positive attitude Lots of energy Key Characteristics of BHID team members include : Quick thinking Team player Accuracy and Organization Assertive but kind personality Impeccable Professionalism and Reliability Trustworthiness Even temperament and ability to absorb pressures of this busy industry Commitment to deadlines
