Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries are met. Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of operations. Resolve any issues related to supplier performance, delivery, or quality concerns. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize processes. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
