Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate RFQ processes for production equipment, automation systems, tooling and related services.
  • Analyze supplier quotations, commercial proposals and total cost of ownership.
  • Support sourcing decisions through supplier benchmarking, market analysis and risk assessment.
  • Prepare negotiation summaries and commercial recommendations for management approval.
  • Create and maintain supplier databases, sourcing records and procurement documentation.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders while tracking delivery commitments.
  • Monitor supplier performance regarding cost, quality, delivery and service levels.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction and value improvement opportunities.
  • Support CAPEX projects from sourcing phase through equipment delivery and project completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and project teams to ensure purchasing alignment.
  • Support contract review activities and maintain compliance with Magna purchasing procedures.
  • Develop KPI reports covering savings, sourcing activities, supplier performance and spend trends.
  • Resolve commercial and delivery issues through effective stakeholder and supplier communication. Who we are looking for Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain or commercial analysis.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, automation, tooling or CAPEX-related projects preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Core Competencies
