???? Senior Procurement Analyst - Construction Services ???? South Plainfield, NJ | Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite/Week ???? Up to $43.36/hr W2 ???? Long-Term Contract A leading New Jersey utility company is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support procurement activities for its Capital Projects portfolio. This role will focus on sourcing and managing Civil, Electrical, and Architecture/Engineering (A/E) construction services , including planned and emergent work.

What You'll Do:

Manage procurement activities for construction services supporting capital projects Identify and qualify suppliers and manage sourcing activities Prepare and issue RFPs , evaluate bids, and negotiate with suppliers Develop and administer materials and services contracts Integrate scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders Prepare and issue purchase orders Manage contract renewals and re-source recurring contractual commitments Support emergent procurement needs for operations Serve as a procurement subject matter expert across business units as needed Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience Experience analyzing supplier proposals and negotiating purchases of materials/services Experience incorporating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and POs Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrated history of client/stakeholder satisfaction

Preferred:

Experience with SAP, Ariba, CLM , or other ERP/procurement systems Construction, utilities, capital projects, or engineering procurement experience
