Direct Hire Responsibilities Source and purchase electronic and mechanical components Evaluate suppliers for quality, pricing, and delivery performance Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts Manage purchase orders, lead times, and supplier communication Resolve supply chain issues and shortages Support cost?reduction and supplier improvement initiatives Qualifications 5+ years purchasing experience in electronics or manufacturing Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Experience with aerospace/defense supply chain preferred ERP/MRP proficiency Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $125,000.00
