Dietary Compliance — Ensure purchased items meet therapeutic and specialized dietary requirements for nursing homes. Product Sourcing — Identify and evaluate vendors across multiple food categories. Inventory Coordination — Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and maintain consistent supply. Quality Assurance — Verify product freshness, quality, and vendor reliability. Cost Tracking — Monitor spending, track savings, and support budget planning. Issue Resolution — Address delivery issues, shortages, or product discrepancies promptly. Qualifications Experience in food purchasing, procurement and supply chain. Strong negotiation and vendor‑relationship skills. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
