Job Description:

- 3+ years experience in working with Sourcing and procurementDomain Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for mechanical, electrical, electronics, and structural components used in elevator systems. Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and convert them into purchase orders (PO) in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production schedules and new product development. Coordinate with logistics for inbound deliveries and customs clearance (if applicable). Resolve issues related to delivery delays, part shortages, and discrepancies. Identify costsaving opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and localization initiatives. Work closely with engineering for alternative material or supplier development. Should have good communication skills and able to negotiate with suppliers. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to understand material requirements. Address quality issues and support root cause analysis with suppliers. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects for sourcing new components. Qualifications Engineering Graduate is preferred Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience Technical skills Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrication, machining, casting, electronics).
