What You'll Do:

Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely shipping and delivery. Provide crucial support to purchasing clerks and supervisors. Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Communicate efficiently with vendors, team members, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Enter order information into our ERP system and generate purchase orders (POs)

Required Skills Who You Are:

Hardworking and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to meet goals. Customer-focused—you enjoy working with people and delivering top-notch service. A team player who can adapt to changing business needs with a positive attitude. Comfortable using technology, such as Google Suite platform High School diploma or equivalent.
