Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our growing procurement team. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products that support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong purchasing experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build productive supplier relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Purchase raw materials, components, and indirect supplies in accordance with production requirements. Evaluate supplier pricing, quality, delivery performance, and service. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Issue purchase orders and monitor order status through delivery. Work closely with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Inventory teams to ensure material availability. Resolve supplier issues involving pricing, shortages, quality concerns, and delivery delays. Monitor inventory levels and recommend purchasing strategies to optimize inventory while minimizing excess stock. Maintain accurate purchasing records within the ERP system. Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Analyze purchasing trends, spending, and supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Experience using ERP systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Preferred/Requirements Experience with

Experience purchasing manufactured components or industrial products. Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
