Claire's at the Depot is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Consultant to help elevate our restaurant operations, guest experience and profitability. We are looking for a hospitality professional with a proven background in casual upscale dining who can evaluate our current operations and provide practical, results - driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze food, beverage, labor and operating costs. Review menus, pricing and product mix to maximize profitability. Evaluate kitchen and front of house operations for efficiency and service excellence. Assess bar program, wine list and beverage profitability. Recommend inventory control, purchasing and cost management strategies. Develop and improve service standards and staff training programs. Identify opportunities to increase sales and enhance the guest experience. Provide actionable plans for improving overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in restaurant and hospitatlity consulting. Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control. Experience with menu engineering and pricing strategies. Background in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with ownership and management. This is a consulting position with flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and scope of work.
