Marine Logistics Specialist Base:

Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach Marine Connection , South Florida's leader in new and used boat sales, is looking for a Marine Logistics Specialist to join our elite operations team. You will be the a part of our operations team, ensuring our boats are safely transported, and ready for our customers. If you are a precision driver who is just as comfortable backing a triple-axle trailer as you are assisting delivering a boat on the water to our customer, this is your spot.

What You'll Do:

Precision Transport:

Safely trailer and move new/used inventory (20-35ft) between our multiple dealership locations.

Ramp Operations:

Masterfully launch and retrieve boats at various public and private ramps.

Fleet Care:

Perform "blocking" of boats on and off trailers and assist Service Technicians with minor system adjustments.

Quality Control:

Ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries and communicate any service-related issues back to the Service Manager. Ability to do

Job Duties:

Trailer and transport boats (20-35 ft center consoles) safely between dealership locations, customers, and events Pick up and deliver boats to customers across the Miami

• Ft. Lauderdale

• Palm Beach corridor Launch and retrieve vessels at boat ramps throughout the service area Deliver and stage boats, equipment, and displays for boat shows and events Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized towing vehicle and trailer Coordinate with the Service Manager on scheduling, logistics, and delivery timelines Conduct basic walk-around inspections before and after transport Assist with minor boat prep and handoff at delivery

Qualifications:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — required Boat enthusiast with a friendly and positive disposition, with knowledge of boats and boat systems Experience in boating with years of experience trailering, launching, retrieving, and blocking boats on and off trailers Proven experience trailering, launching, and retrieving large boats (20 ft+) Clean driving record — mandatory Familiarity with South Florida road networks and boat ramp locations Ability to handle oversized loads safely and confidently Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented OUPV (6-Pack) License is a plus but not required Customer-facing experience a bonus — customer interaction at delivery We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package which includes: Competitive salary Comprehensive health benefits coverage. 401(k) with generous Company matching Paid Time Off (Sick, Vacation, Holidays)
