Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking an eager, experienced, and dependable Shipping & Logistics Professional (Concrete) to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The Shipping & Logistics Professional (Concrete) will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, shipping concrete delivery trucks with our delivery metrics in mind and maintain adequate communication with customers and Delivery Professionals.

Office Location:

5911 Breckenridge Parkway, Suite K, Tampa, Fl. 33610 Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required. Shipping & Logistics Professional (Concrete)

Required Skills and Abilities:

High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office Willingness to learn Shipping & Logistics Professional (Concrete)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assist customers to place orders Efficiently respond to customers' calls and emails Suggest products to meet customers' needs Resolve customer concerns Maintain communication with Delivery Professionals and Plant Managers Ship concrete delivery trucks in an efficient manner
