In this hands-on role, you'll safely load, unload, and organize freight while helping ensure accurate, on-time shipments. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and secure freight for safe transportation Inspect shipments for accuracy and report damaged or missing items Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training available) Organize loading docks and warehouse storage areas Assist with inventory counts and shipping documentation Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to meet shipping schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Warehouse, freight, or logistics experience is a plus Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Forklift experience or certification is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends Why Join Us?
